The items offered through this website are available in Spain.
Shipments are not made to PO Boxes; therefore, it is necessary that you provide us with the exact delivery address. To avoid problems in case you are not at home at the time of delivery, please do not forget to provide a contact phone number.
4. HOW THE SALE IS FORMALIZED
There will be no sales contract related to any product until your order has been expressly accepted by us. If your order is not accepted, the amount paid will be fully refunded.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your request. Please note that this does not mean your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to our acceptance. The purchase will only be accepted when we send you the shipping confirmation, which will refer exclusively and solely to the products indicated in the shipping confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply you with any other product.
5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to product availability. If difficulties arise regarding supply or stock, we may offer you substitute products of equal or different price, but if you do not want the exchange, we will refund any amount you may have paid.

6. DELIVERY
6.1. DELIVERY TIMES
Shipments are managed through the company CORREOS. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Standard shipments take 24/72 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Except for the Balearic Islands, which take 48/96 hours.
Our shipments to the Canary Islands take between 24/48 business hours.
During special periods, promotions, or sales, delivery times may be exceptionally affected.
In the event that, exceptionally, we do not have a product from the order, we will inform you of this situation and refund the proportional part.
REMEMBER that shipments are not made to PO Boxes; therefore, it is necessary that you provide us with the exact delivery address.

6.2. SHIPPING COST
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location. You can see the shipping costs once you have chosen your products by clicking on the shopping cart and selecting the shipping area. For orders over €80, shipping is free.

7. PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of the products will be the one stipulated at each moment on our website, except in the case of obvious error. If we discover an error in the price of the products you ordered, we will inform you by email as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we cannot contact you, the order will be considered canceled and any amounts paid will be fully refunded.
Prices on the website include the corresponding taxes but exclude shipping costs.
Prices may change at any time but will not affect orders for which we have already sent a shipping confirmation.
By making a payment with a card, you confirm that it is your property.
“Payment” cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entity, but if such entity does not authorize the payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or lack of delivery and will not be able to formalize the sale.
8. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
8.1 EXCHANGES:
- You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to make an exchange/return.
- The product must not be used.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
It is only possible, through this channel, to process exchanges of products purchased in our online store.
8.2 RETURNS:
- You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to make a return. To proceed, you must verify that your order meets the following conditions:

To make any exchange or return, you must fill out and send us the form available on our website in the “Exchanges and Returns” section.
We will send you an email confirming your request.
We will send a courier to pick up your package at the address you provided when placing your order within 48 hours. Then, in case of return, you will receive the amount in the same way you made the purchase. The credit card refund always depends on your bank.
Orders placed in Spain: Returns and exchanges are free.
