HOW THE SALE IS FORMALIZED

There will be no sales contract related to any product until your order has been expressly accepted by us. If your order is not accepted, the amount paid will be fully refunded.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your request. Please note that this does not mean your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to our acceptance. The purchase will only be accepted when we send you the shipping confirmation, which will refer exclusively and solely to the products indicated in the shipping confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply you with any other product.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price of the products will be the one stipulated at each moment on our website, except in the case of obvious error. Although we try to ensure that all prices on the page are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products you ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we cannot contact you, the order will be considered canceled and any amounts paid will be fully refunded.

Prices on the website include the corresponding taxes but exclude shipping costs.

Prices may change at any time but will not affect orders for which we have already sent a shipping confirmation.

By making a payment with a card, you confirm that it is your property.

“Payment” cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entity, but if such entity does not authorize the payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or lack of delivery and will not be able to formalize the sale.

PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay with your usual credit/debit card through the secure payment system “Monei.” The amount of your order will be charged and deducted from your card at the moment you confirm the purchase.

You can also pay via Bizum (only for Spain).

Remember that until you make the payment, your order is not confirmed and, therefore, the selected products are not reserved.

What is the shipping cost?

ChicBack is a 100% Spanish company and orders are shipped from Spain:

Costs for Spain with 24h/48h delivery are €4.50. Except for the Canary Islands (€4.90) and Balearic Islands (€7.90). You can see all costs in the shopping cart by selecting your shipping area.

What is the delivery time for my order?

Shipments are managed through the company Correos. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Standard shipments take 24/72 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays), except for the Balearic Islands, which take 48/96 hours.

Our shipments to the Canary Islands take between 24/48 business hours.

To calculate the delivery time of our shipments, you should consider that orders placed after 1:00 p.m. will start to be prepared the next day. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 p.m., Saturday, or Sunday will be prepared and shipped on Monday.

During special periods, promotions, or sales, delivery times may be exceptionally affected.

In the event that, exceptionally, we do not have a product from the order, we will inform you of this situation and refund the proportional part.

REMEMBER that shipments are not made to PO Boxes; therefore, it is necessary that you provide us with the exact delivery address.
