Refund policy
The conditions are:
- You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to make a return or exchange
- The product must not be used
- The product must be sent with its original packaging
To make any exchange/return you must send an email to info@chicback.com
We will send you a message by email on the same day (always a business day) confirming your request.
Within 48 hours we will send you a courier to pick up your package at the address you provided when placing your order and deliver the new order (in case of exchange).
If the reason is a return; within 48 hours of receiving the form, we will send a courier to your home to collect the product. Then we will refund you using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. The credit card refund always depends on the banking entity.
