1. Right to information

Be advised that this Website is owned by CHICBACK, S.L., (hereafter, “CHICBACK”), tax identification number B-88046842 and registered address Calle Poniente 1, 28223, Pozuelo de Alarcon (Madrid).

The access and/or use of the Website confers the status of User, who accepts, through the access and/or use of the Website, the following Legal Notice.

2. Use of the Website

The User assumes the responsibility for using the Website. The Website may provide access to multiple texts, images, drawings, designs, photographs, multimedia content and information (hereafter “Content”) belonging to CHICKBACK or third parties to which the User may have access.

The User agrees to make appropriate use of the Contents and Services offered through the Website and to refrain from the following activities including, but not limited to: (i) engage in illicit or unlawful activities, or those contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of the CHICBACK Website, its providers or third parties (iii) introduce or disseminate computer viruses online or in any of the physical or logical systems that may cause any of the aforementioned damages; (iv) attempt to access use and/or manipulate the data pertaining to CHICBACK, third parties or other Users; (v) reproduce, copy, distribute provide public access through any means of public communication, transform or modify the Contents, unless otherwise authorized by CHICBACK; (vi) delete, hide or manipulate any Content subject to intellectual or industrial property rights, and any other data identifying such rights pertaining to CHICBACK or third parties incorporated in the Content, as well as the technical protection devices and any other reporting mechanisms that may be inserted in the Content.

CHICBACK retains the right to investigate and prosecute any of the aforementioned actions in accordance with the Law, as well as to cooperate with the authorities in their investigation of such actions.

CHICBACK retains the right to temporarily and without prior notification suspend access to the Website for maintenance, repair, updating or improvement operations. However, circumstances permitting, CHICBACK will notify the User, sufficiently in advance, of the expected date for the suspension of Services. CHICBACK is not responsible for the use that Users may make of the Content included on the Website.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights for the Content of this Website and its graphic design are the exclusive property of CHICKBACK, or of the third party that has authorized their use. As such, CHICKBACK retains the exclusive operating rights for the use and exploitation of said Content.

For this reason, and by virtue of the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 of 12 April, 1996, which approves the Revised Text of the Law on Intellectual Property, as well as Law 17/2001 of December 7, 2001, on Trademarks and the complementary legislation on intellectual and industrial property, the reproduction, transmission, adaptation, translation, distribution, public communication, including the way in which it is made available, or any other exploitation and/or modification, in whole or in part, of any Content included in the Website is strictly prohibited without the express prior authorization from CHICBACK.

CHICBACK does not grant any license or authorization for the use of any kind over its intellectual and industrial property rights or over any other property or right related to the Website, the Services or the Contents thereof.

The legitimacy of the intellectual or industrial property rights corresponding to the Contents provided by the Users is the sole responsibility of the Users. As such, the User will not hold CHICBACK liable for any claim by third parties arising from the illegal use of Contents on the Website.

4. Responsibility and Guarantee

CHICBACK declares that it has adopted the necessary measures that, within its possibilities and the state of technology, allow for the proper functioning of its Website, as well as the absence of viruses and harmful components. However, CHICBACK cannot assume responsibility for: (i) the continuity and availability of the Content and Services; (ii) the absence of errors in such Content or the correction of any defects that may occur; (iii) the absence of viruses and/or other harmful components; (iv) damages caused by any person who jeopardizes the CHICBACK security systems.

ChicBack assumes no responsibility for the links to other websites found on the Website, and may direct the User to other websites over which CHICBACK has no control. In this case, the User assumes sole responsibility for the access to the Content and the governing conditions of use.

5. Term and Amendment

The current Legal Notice will remain in force indefinitely. CHICKBACK retains the right to make any changes to the conditions specified therein which will come in force immediately upon publication.

ChicBack may delete, add to or change both the Content and the Services it provides, as well as the way they are or may be located or presented. The Conditions that are published at the time that the User accesses the CHICBACK Website will be considered the rules in force.

The access and/or use of the Website shall be understood as consent by the User to the current Legal Notice and its conditions and, when applicable, any changes made to them.
