RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WITH CHICBACK ARE FAST, CONVENIENT AND EASY

Our terms:

  • The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to make a return.
  • The item must not be used
  • The item must be in its original packaging

    We will send you an email on the same day (business days only) confirming your request.

    We will send a courier within 48 hours to pick up your package and delivery the new order (in the case of exchange) at the address you provided when placing your order.

    In the case of a refund, we will send a courier to your house to pick up the product within 48 hours of receiving the completed form. You will be credited to the original form of payment used. The time for a return to process depends on the issuing bank.

    For orders placed in Spain and Portugal: Returns and exchanges are free of charge.

    Purchase made in France , Italy, Germany, Switzerland and Belgium:  Returns and exchanges are free or charge. They will take between 4 -7 working days.
